At Refined by M, each piece is considered - designed to be worn, loved, and lived in. We understand that sometimes things aren’t quite as expected. 

Returns

All returns are offered as store credit only.

To be eligible, your piece must be:

• Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Warranty

Each piece is made to move with you - through seasons, days, and moments. All Refined by M jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing faults.

If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out using the contact page with clear photos and your order details. Our team will assess your piece and arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

A note on care

Our jewellery is crafted with intention, using high-quality 14k and 18k gold-filled materials - chosen for their durability, lustre, and resistance to tarnish.

Whilst can be worn in water, to preserve their glow, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
