Preorder and Restocks

** If your order includes a pre-order, your order won't be shipped until the pre-order arrives. The whole order is shipped together.

Pre-order ETA is an estimate and shipping dates depend on things completely out of our control. Please refer to each individual product for the pre-order ETA. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are extending our exchange period to 15 January for all purchases made during our Black Friday sale. We offer free exchange (excluding shipping cost) for returns. Please email us at admin@refinedbym.com.au with your order number. 

No refunds for sale items during this period.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be made of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to our Refund Page for more information. 

When will my order be shipped?

For orders in stock, items are made with love by hand. Please allow up to 5 days for these products to be made. 

Due to Black Friday, please expect a delay with packing your order. Brit is working as hard as possible and pulling long hours to pack your order as quick as possible!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are expected to be 5-7 days

For remote/regional, please allow up to 7-10 days.
